Guidelines
These guidelines define the behavioral standards we expect from every member of the ThunderStrike 24 community. They exist to protect, empower, and maintain a space where every Canadian adult can enjoy their experience in full.

Our Commitment to Community
ThunderStrike 24 is a premium social arcade platform designed exclusively for Canadian adults. The community that forms around our platform is one of its most valuable features, and maintaining its quality is a shared responsibility between the platform and every participant. These guidelines are not a list of arbitrary restrictions — they are the foundation of a space where respectful, thoughtful, and enthusiastic adults can gather around a shared love of racing-themed entertainment. By using the ThunderStrike 24 community features, you agree to uphold these standards.
Respectful Communication
Every person in the ThunderStrike 24 community — whether they've been playing for three years or three minutes — deserves to be treated with respect. This means engaging with what people say rather than how they say it, assuming good faith in ambiguous situations, and responding to frustration with patience rather than escalation.
What we expect:
- Address disagreements with logic and evidence, not with personal attacks or condescension.
- Avoid language that demeans, threatens, or intimidates other members.
- Give newcomers the patience and guidance you would have wanted when you were starting out.
- Recognize that behind every username is a real adult with feelings, a life beyond this platform, and a right to be treated with dignity.
- If you're having a bad day, step away rather than taking it out on the community.
Healthy debate and competitive banter are part of what makes racing communities vibrant. We don't ask you to be artificially positive. We ask you to be genuinely respectful, even when you strongly disagree.
Prohibited Behavior
The following behaviors are not tolerated on ThunderStrike 24, in any community space, under any circumstances. Violations will result in moderation action as described in Section 5.
- Harassment: Repeated, targeted negative attention directed at a specific individual, including following them across threads, posting about them, or coordinating others to target them.
- Hate speech: Language that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Threats: Any language that implies, suggests, or explicitly states a desire to harm another person, whether physically, digitally, or otherwise.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another player, a ThunderStrike 24 staff member, or any public figure in order to mislead, deceive, or manipulate.
- Spam: Posting repetitive, irrelevant, or purely promotional content that degrades the quality of community discussions.
- Doxxing: Sharing or attempting to discover and publish the private personal information of other community members without their consent.
- Cheating and exploit sharing: Discussing, promoting, or assisting others in using technical exploits to falsify scores, circumvent game mechanics, or undermine the integrity of the leaderboard.
Content Standards
All content posted in the ThunderStrike 24 community — including forum posts, comments, profile information, and any media shared — must meet the following standards.
Required:
- Content must be appropriate for a mature adult audience and relevant to the context of the community space where it is posted.
- Links shared must direct to legitimate, safe external resources. Do not post links to harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.
- Media posted must be original or properly licensed. Do not post content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
- All content must comply with Canadian law, including laws regarding defamation, copyright, privacy, and hate speech.
Not permitted:
- Graphic or explicit sexual content of any kind.
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or facilitates illegal activity.
- Unsolicited commercial promotion, advertising, or affiliate link sharing.
- Misinformation presented as fact, particularly on topics that could cause community harm.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter behavior or content that violates these guidelines, we encourage you to report it rather than engaging directly with the violator. Engaging escalates conflicts; reporting resolves them.
To report a community violation, use the report function available on posts and profiles within the Community Hub. Alternatively, you can contact our moderation team directly at hello@24thunderstrike.com with a description of the issue and any relevant context or screenshots.
All reports are reviewed by the moderation team and handled with appropriate confidentiality. Reports submitted in good faith are always appreciated and acted upon promptly. Submitting false or malicious reports to target another player is itself a violation of these guidelines.
Enforcement and Consequences
ThunderStrike 24 reserves the right to take moderation action against any account that violates these guidelines. Enforcement actions are calibrated to the severity and frequency of the violation, and are applied consistently and without bias.
Enforcement steps may include:
- Informal warning: For first-time or minor violations, a private message from the moderation team explaining the issue and what is expected going forward.
- Content removal: Posts, comments, or media that violate content standards are removed without notice. Repeated removal may escalate to further action.
- Formal warning: A documented notice that a violation has occurred and that further violations may result in suspension.
- Temporary suspension: Removal of community posting privileges for a defined period, typically 7 to 30 days depending on severity.
- Permanent ban: Permanent removal of community access for severe violations including hate speech, threats, doxxing, or repeated serious rule-breaking after prior warnings.
Moderation decisions may be appealed by contacting hello@24thunderstrike.com within 14 days of the action. Appeals are reviewed by a senior team member not involved in the original decision. The outcome of an appeal is final.
Updates to These Guidelines
These guidelines may be updated from time to time as the community grows and as new situations require new clarity. When significant changes are made, we will notify the community through a platform announcement and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
We encourage all members to review the guidelines periodically. Continued participation in the ThunderStrike 24 community constitutes acceptance of the current version of these guidelines. If you have questions about any aspect of these guidelines, reach out to us at hello@24thunderstrike.com.
