1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ThunderStrike 24, operated at 24thunderstrike.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ThunderStrike 24 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our social arcade entertainment platform, including all content, features, and services made available through the website.

By visiting, registering an account, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you access our platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any other agreements or policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or through a platform notice. Your continued use of ThunderStrike 24 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2. Eligibility

ThunderStrike 24 is an entertainment platform intended exclusively for adults. To use our platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 19 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a resident of Canada. Our services are designed and operated for the Canadian market.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your province or territory.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from our platform.
• You must not be subject to any legal prohibition that would prevent you from accessing online entertainment services.

By confirming your age through our age verification prompt and using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. ThunderStrike 24 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

The minimum age of 19 reflects our commitment to compliance with provincial standards across Canada, including those provinces where 19 is the age of majority. We do not knowingly permit individuals under 19 to access our platform.

3. Account & Access

Certain features of ThunderStrike 24 may require you to create a member account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it as necessary to keep it accurate.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any other person and to notify us immediately at hello@24thunderstrike.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on ThunderStrike 24. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions, access restrictions, or platform rules is strictly prohibited.

Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account that you fail to promptly report to us.

No Account Transfer: Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

4. Nature of Service

ThunderStrike 24 is a free social arcade entertainment platform. Our interactive modules, including Street Racer Blitz, are provided exclusively for recreational digital enjoyment. The following statements define the fundamental nature of our service:

No Real Money: ThunderStrike 24 does not involve real money, financial transactions, deposits, withdrawals, or prizes of monetary value at any stage. Our platform operates entirely outside of any gambling or financial services regulatory framework.

No Monetary Value: Any virtual credits, points, scores, leaderboard rankings, or other in-platform representations used within our interactive experiences have absolutely no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.

Entertainment Only: Our digital experiences are designed purely for entertainment and recreation. They are not intended to simulate, promote, or facilitate any form of activity involving financial stakes.

Service Availability: We aim to provide continuous platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features, games, and content at any time without prior notice. We may discontinue the platform entirely with reasonable notice to registered users.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ThunderStrike 24, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, game mechanics, software code, page layouts, text, logos, brand names, and interactive elements, is the proprietary property of ThunderStrike 24 or our licensed content providers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Limited Licence: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ThunderStrike 24 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms.

Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any part of our platform without our prior written consent. Automated access, scraping, or data mining of our platform is strictly prohibited.

User Content: If you submit any content to our platform (such as community posts, feedback, or suggestions), you grant ThunderStrike 24 a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and incorporate that content into our services. You represent that you have the right to grant such a licence.

The ThunderStrike 24 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of our organization. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use ThunderStrike 24 responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with our platform.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or damages the platform or its infrastructure.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonating any person, entity, or ThunderStrike 24 staff member.
• Attempting to manipulate leaderboards, scores, or community rankings through dishonest means.
• Using our platform for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

Violations of these conduct standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

7. Disclaimers

ThunderStrike 24 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on our platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThunderStrike 24, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, our platform.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if ThunderStrike 24 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).

Because ThunderStrike 24 is provided free of charge as a social entertainment service, this allocation of risk is a fundamental and essential element of the basis of the bargain between you and us.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ThunderStrike 24 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the platform in a manner not authorized by these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your infringement of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (e) any content you submit to or transmit through the platform.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with our defence of that claim.

10. Termination

ThunderStrike 24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, breach of conduct standards, inactivity, or any action we reasonably believe may harm other users or our platform.

Voluntary Termination: You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@24thunderstrike.com. Upon account closure, your access to platform features will be removed, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of ThunderStrike 24 shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting our team at legal@24thunderstrike.com. We will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving written notice of a claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights to seek remedies under Canadian consumer protection legislation applicable in your province or territory.
